Data controller

Waitlist

We collect only the email address you enter in the form. The sign-up message also contains the language version of the site and the time of the sign-up.

We use the address to invite you to Ruuket and to tell you about each new stage. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. Providing the address is voluntary.

The web server sends each sign-up as one email to the operator's mailbox. The site does not store sign-ups in a database or in files. The site is hosted by M3 Group, and the operator's mailbox runs on Google Workspace.

We keep the address until you unsubscribe or we close the waitlist. After that we delete the sign-up emails.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent and leave the list at any time. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability. An email to dominik.czerwinski@fenedo.pl is enough. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO) or the authority where you live.

This site

The site uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and loads nothing from other servers. The theme you choose is stored only in your browser. Like any web server, the server may keep technical access logs, such as IP address and time of visit, to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
