Measured once. Used all the way to the order.
Ruuket is an app for window companies that connects the survey on a phone, the quote built from it and the order to the manufacturer in one continuous record. Next on the flight plan: prices straight from the manufacturer.
Simple for your team.Full control for your company.
One source
A measurement taken at the opening reaches the quote without retyping. The order goes to the manufacturer only when everything checks out.
OriginBuilt inside a company that measures and fits its own windows.
Screens
This is Ruuket today. The screenshots come from the running application on test data. Companies, people and addresses are made up.

Screen 01 · Sales pipelineEvery job has a stage, a value and a next step. An overdue call-back stands out straight away.
Screen 02 · Openings sheetEvery opening from the survey in one table: room, type, sizes, sash layout, photos and status.
Screen 03 · End of surveyBefore hand-over the card shows what still needs attention. The person who measured makes the call.
Phone · opening by openingThe card walks through the openings one by one and saves automatically.
A measurement is entered once, at the opening. The quote and the order use the same value.
Each opening shows whether it is ready or still needs a check.
A survey that has been handed over does not change. A correction becomes a new version with history.
One continuous record
Each step takes its data from the one before. Nothing is copied from paper into software, or from software into an email.
Each opening on its own: type, width and height in millimetres, sash layout, opening type, a photo from inside and outside.

Quote lines come from the saved survey. If the survey changes, you can see which version a quote refers to.

Example data
Workday
An example day at a window company. The times are approximate, the screens are real.
The surveyor moves from opening to opening. On the phone they enter width and height, pick the sash layout and opening type and add photos. The card saves automatically.

The survey is in the system before the surveyor is back. Sales see every opening in one sheet and build the quote from the same sizes.

Before anything goes to the manufacturer, the open points are visible: a missing photo, a size outside the usual range, swapped width and height, customer confirmation, the deposit. Hand-over is a deliberate human decision.

Checks
No vague promises. Every window company knows these situations. This is how Ruuket responds.
All values and statuses in this panel and in the cards are examples.
Opening 3: required photo missing
The gap shows on the specific opening before the survey reaches the office. Nobody has to chase the photo later.
Opening 4: 600 × 120 mm
Values outside the usual range of 300 to 5000 mm get a warning. A typo does not slip quietly into the quote.
Opening 2: 900 × 2150 mm
When the height is clearly larger than the width, the card asks you to confirm the order of the sizes. Normal for a balcony door, often a mistake on a window.
Order to manufacturer: locked
Until the payment is confirmed, no order goes to the manufacturer. A sale counts from the confirmed deposit.
Opening 1: customer confirms condition and scope
The card reminds you that the customer confirms the condition of the opening and the scope of the survey. Fewer arguments about what was agreed.
Survey handed over · version 1
Hand-over asks you to confirm that the step cannot be undone. Any later correction is a new version with history.
